Ann Shaver

Ann Shaver March 5, 2016 Ann Marie (Jugus) Shaver, passed away at 83 surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, March 5, 2016. Born in Swoyersville on December 26, 1932, Ann lived in Trucksville for the last 61 years. She was the daughter of the late Stanley and Anna Deguzes Jugus of Swoyersville and was a graduate of Swoyersville High School. Ann met her husband Paul B. Shaver Jr. from Dallas; they married in 1955, and were married for 40 years until his death in 1995. She was a member of St. Theresa's Church, Shavertown. She spent her life working side by side with her husband and sons running the family business, Paul B. Shaver Electric. Ann's passion was her family, she dedicated her life to shaping the people they are today. Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, an infant daughter, Pamela, and brothers, Bill and Francis. Surviving are her 7 children, son, Paul III, his wife Rosaria, Shavertown, daughter, Jane Pisaneschi, husband Albert, Wyoming, son, Jack, wife Jackie, Dallas, twin sons Mark, wife Michele, Trucksville, Matthew, wife Lori, Trucksville, daughter Jill Shaver, Dallas, and daughter Ann Miller, husband Joseph, Centermoreland, her 21 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, sister, Mary Castellani, Atlantic City, NJ, cousin, Eleanor Kerrick, and nieces and nephews. Also her two precious cats, Gary and Larry. She will be greatly missed. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of Ann's Family. Arrangements are under the direction of The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas.
