Candy Cummings

Candy Jo Cummings, 56, Dallas, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2021 at her home. Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Thomas and Betty Mae Kester Davis and was a 1984 graduate of Dallas High School.

Candy was a devoted wife and mother. Candy enjoyed going to her son's football games and camping with her family. Candy was all about family and traditions, her homemade fudge and cakes were always made with love. Candy's love, strength, kindness and generosity was appreciated by all that knew her.

Candy had worked with Commonwealth Communications, later becoming Frontier Communication for many years. Her final position was held at TMG Health as an IT Audit Manager. Candy then created, owned, and operated Stonebridge Brokerage Inc.

Candy is survived by her husband John Cummings, Dallas. Son, Jarrett Cummings, Dallas. Sister Cynthia Boyd of Sweet Valley and multiple nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held, Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 2:30 PM at The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas, Pa. 18612.
