Donna J. Kachmar

 Donna J. Kachmar, 82, Shavertown, passed away, Saturday, December 14, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her family. Born in Cohoes, NY, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Iris Payne LaBarr and was a graduate of Westmoreland High School.

 Donna was a member of The Shavertown United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Shavertown United Methodist Church Women’s group and would volunteer much of her time to church activities and growth of the church. She very much loved her family; her children and grandchildren were her life. Donna and her friends loved to travel and experience the world. 

 Donna is survived by her husband Andrew Kachmar, at home. Daughters, Melissa Shirk and her husband William, Murrells Inlet, SC, Cynthia Sickler and her husband Peter, Trucksville. 6 Grandchildren. Emily Shirk Jeffrey Ladamus Aleigha Ladamus Kylie Sickler Damian Sickler Briana Sickler. Brother, Douglas LaBarr, Line Lexington, PA.

 Memorial Service will be held, Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 7:00 PM from The Richard H., Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas with The Rev.
