Emily Falzone

Emily June Falzone, 94, West Wyoming, passed away Friday. November 10, 2017 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born in Nanticoke, she was the daughter of the late Emil and Alice Schmidt Siesko and was a graduate of Berwick High School. June was a member of the Former St. James Church, Pittston and was currently a member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church, Wilkes-Barre. June was also a member of The Holy Cross Society as well as The ECM&W and the Quilters of Holy Cross. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Thomas Falzone, Sisters, Nina May, Alice Seeley and brothers, Paul, Martin, and James Siesko. Surviving are her son, James Falzone and his wife Mary Ann, West Wyoming. Daughters, Angela Grady and her husband James, Newtown, Pa., and Pauline Hylton and her husband Rick, Swoyersville. 5 Grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral with Holy Eucharist will be held Monday, November 13, 2017 at 11:00 am at Holy Cross Episcopal Church, 373 N. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre with The Rev. Timothy Alleman, pastor, Holy Cross Episcopal Church, officiating. Interment will be in Denison Cemetery, Swoyersville. Friends may call Sunday from 6 to 8 PM at Holy Cross Episcopal Church. Arrangements are under the direction of The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas.
