Francesca Rismondo

Francesca Rismondo, 84, Dallas, formerly of Brooklyn NY moving to Dallas in 1968, passed away, Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at The Gardens at East Mountain. Born in Brooklyn NY, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Jennie Garafolo Martucci and was a graduate of The New York Schools and attended Brooklyn College.

She was an Administrative Assistant with College Misericordia for many years, Fran was a member of Gate of Heaven Church, Dallas. She was very active in the traveling entertainment with “Changing Habits”. She had worked at The Castle Restaurant in Dallas for some time. Fran followed her favorite teams, the Brooklyn Dodgers, MY Mets.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Rismondo. Brother, Peter Martucci and sister, Josephine DiPaolo. Surviving are her daughters, Ann Rismondo and her companion Michael Fisk, Washington, NJ, Joann Rismondo, Berwick, Dawn Goodrich and her husband Oscar, Dallas. Sons, Louis Rismondo and his wife Louise, Fla, Robert Rismondo and his wife Suzanne, Lehman, Patrick Rismondo, Kingston, and Timothy Rismondo and his wife Nichole, Dallas. 7 Grandchildren. Sister, Mary Martucci, Brooklyn.

Funeral will be held, Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Gate of Heaven Church, Dallas. Interment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas. Friends may call Friday from 4 to 7 PM at The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas, PA. 18612. Those attending the Funeral Mass are to go directly to the Church.
