Gary F. Gerlach

Gary F. Gerlach, 70, Dallas, passed away, Monday, April 7, 2025 at Highland Manor Nursing Center. Born in Newark, NJ, he was the son of the late Frank Gerlach.

Gary worked for overnight trucking UPS Freight for many years and was with the Local Teamsters Trucking Union. He had worked on model cars and was a Renaissance fair participant. He loved his cats, Precious, Twixie, and Spooky.

Gary was preceded in death by his wife Charleen Gerlach in 2023.Gary is survived by his Mother Helma Gerlach, daughters, Cari Gerlach, Scranton, Jamie Semanek and her husband Jared, Middle GA. Sons, Kristopher Gerlach, Hot Springs, VA, Steven Carey and his wife Jenny, Olyphant. Grandchildren, Ethan Carey, Amelia Semanek, and Nathan Thorp. Sister, Diane Grafke and brother, Billy Gerlach.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM from The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas PA 18612. Friends may call Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of service. On line condolences may be made at Disquefuneralhome.com
