Helen Dickinson

Helen T. Dickinson, 92, Dallas, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2022, at The Meadows Nursing Center. Born in Glen Lyon, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Dubis Tkatch and was a graduate of Newport High School and Nesbitt Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. Helen was a Registered Nurse at Nesbitt Memorial Hospital until her retirement.  She was a member of St. Francis Cabrini Church.

Helen was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Zerfoss; her husband, Tom Dickinson; and her siblings, Emil Tkatch, Irene Tkatch Radclif, Myron Tkatch, Peter Tkatch, Walter Tkatch, and John Tkatch. She is survived by her daughter, Jeannie Mekeel, and her husband Richard; and her granddaughters: Ashley Wildman, and her husband Nick, and Sarah Calhoun, and her husband Heath.

Funeral service will be held Monday July 11, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas with the Rev. Kenneth Moore, officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Shrine Burial Park, Carverton. Friends may call Sunday from 4 to 7 PM.
