Kenneth Moore

Kenneth Moore, 86, Dallas, passed away, Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late Raymond and Olive Searfoss Moore and attended the Dallas Boro School.

Kenneth served his country in the Army, stationed in Italy. He was a welder with Air Products until his retirement. Some of his favorite hobbies were hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his wife the former Anna Solensky who passed away in 2002. Brothers, Wilford and Charles Moore, Sisters, Jean Salisbury and Geraldine Buchanon. Surviving are a brother, Edward Moore and his wife Theresa, Throop. Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 11:00 Am from The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas, with The Rev. Dr. William Lewis, officiating. Entombment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call Saturday from 10:00 am until time of service.
