Lillian Shultz

Lillian A. Shultz, 93, Dallas, passed away, Monday, December 11, 2018 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born in Luzerne, she was the daughter of the late John C. and Anna Timko Pastula and had attended the Luzerne and Swoyersville schools.

Lillian had worked in the cafeteria of College Misericordia and the Dallas school district for a short time. She was a member of Gate of Heaven Church, Dallas. Some of her favorite activities were, cooking, camping, and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her husband Julius in 2011. Surviving are her brothers, John Pastula and his wife Margaret, Dallas and Andrew Pastula and his wife Eleane, Swoyersville, sister, Eleanor Wienckoski. Luzerne. Numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held Friday, December 14, 2018 at 10:00 am from The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas, with Funeral Mass at 10:30 Am at Gate of Heaven Church, Dallas with The Rev. Daniel Toomey, pastor, Gate of Heaven Church, officiating. Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Dallas. Friends may call Thursday from 6 to 8 PM.
