Marjorie Kishbaugh

Marjorie Louise Kishbaugh, 76, Dallas, passed away, Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Malcolm and Eudora Gay Baird and was a graduate of Dallas High School.

Marjorie was a member of the Orange United Methodist Church for 65 years and the church Choir as well as Sunday School Teacher.  She was also a member of The Dallas Jr. Women’s club and on the administration board. She had worked with Commonwealth Company for 18 years and later with Verizon for 16 years before her retirement.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Malcolm Baird and sister, Sandra Baird Dymond. Surviving are her husband of 29 years, Charles Kishbaugh at home. Sons, Michael Meade and his wife Michelle, Shavertown, Mark Meade and Sofia and William and Jasmine, Lambertville, NJ. Four grandchildren, Ashley, Mark Meade, Jordyn and Jensen Meade. Brother, Arthur Baird and Marie, Shavertown. Brother-in-law, Larry Dymond, Shavertown. Sister-in-law Beverly Baird. Leola, Pa.

Funeral will be held Friday, June 17, 2022 at 11:00 AM from The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas, with The Rev. Carrie Granche, pastor, Orange United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call Thursday from 6 to 8 PM.
