Ralph Milligan, Jr., 91, Dallas, passed away, Friday, September 21, 2018 at The Meadows Nursing Center, Dallas. Born in Nanticoke, he was the son of the late Ralph and Blodwen Morgan Milligan and was a graduate of Plains High School. He was a bindryman with Payne Printing, Dallas. Ralph was a Navy Veteran of WW II and was stationed on The USS Macon Heavy cruiser. He was a Milkman for Chase Dairy, a Fuller Brush area manager. He was a life member of Dadow Isaacs American Legion Post #672 Dallas. Ralph was an avid fisherman. He and his wife Sandra were volunteers with Sampson Naval Training Center Museum.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Richard and Thomas. Sister, Betty Hulsizer. Surviving is his wife of 65 years the former Sandra Londo, at home. Sons, Larry Milligan and his wife Reynelia, Buxton, ME., Robert Milligan and his wife Daniele, Dallas. 6 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. Sister-in-law, Theresa Milligan and brother, Robert Milligan and his wife Joan.
Funeral will be held Monday, September 24, 2018 at 12:00 noon from The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas, Interment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas. Friends may call Monday from 11:00 am until time of service. Military honors will be presented at the cemetery.
