Raymond Shultz

Raymond J. Shultz, 82. Dallas, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born in Dallas, he was the son of the late Stanley and Stephania Gabriel Shultz and was a graduate of Dallas High School.

Ray was a member of Gate of Heaven Church, Dallas. He was a machinist with Pride Mobility before his retirement. He had earlier worked with Hillside Manufacturing for some time.

Some of his favorite activities were playing his guitar, Classic car shows, and NASCAR. What was of utmost importance was his family, whom he loved very much.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Ethel Bohunicky and a brother, Julius Shultz. Surviving are his loving wife, the former Jane Chase, with whom he would have celebrated 50 years of marriage in November. His loving daughter, Susan Shultz, both at home. Sister, Irene Hope, Florida.

A Celebration of Life will be held privately at the convenience of the family at Gate of Heaven Church, Dallas. Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Dallas.
