Ronald Chupas

July 27, 1941 — May 25, 2024

Dallas

Ronald Chupas age 82, Dallas passed away, early morning Saturday, 05/25/2024 at The Meadows Personal Care Facility, Dallas. Born in Wilkes-Barre Pa, he was the son of the late Joseph A. Chupas and Anne Chupas and was a graduate of G.A.R High School.

Ronald retired from InterMetro Industries, Wilkes-Barre and Dallas Township police Department.

Ronald enjoyed gardening and competing in local pistol shooting range competitions; spending time with his friends for coffee; delicious dinners and watching his Fur Grandchildren grow.

Ronald was a member of the Harvey’s Lake Rod and Gun Club and Daddow Isaacs American Legion Post #672, Dallas.

Ronald was a wonderful and loving father and husband. He had served his country proudly with the Army during the Vietnam era.

Just as my mom, my father’s spirit and love will guide me daily. My father would also ask me what he could do to help me and make the statement “Thank you for all you do”. I was blessed to have such wonderful parents who were my best friends and mentors.

I will continue to pass on their spirit daily and always, thank you for all you do!

Ronald was preceded in death by sister Dolores Chupas Betz and N. Angela Banks, aunt.

Surviving is daughter Sharon Chupas, Dallas; Olivia Paige Chupas; Maddison Elizabeth Chupas and Taylor Rae Chupas, my Fur Children. Several nieces and nephews.

I am grateful for all the support and kind words that I have received throughout the years.

Please, learn to take time for you and enjoy the small things in life as well as the big.
