Sandra H. Milligan

 Sandra H. Milligan, 90, Dallas, passed away, Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at Allied Hospice, Wilkes-Barre. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Laura Woodard Londo and attended The LaSalle High School in Niagara Falls. 

Sandra was a secretary for the maintenance department with Commonwealth Communications until her retirement. She and her late husband Ralph were very much involved with Sampson Military Base Museum and its reopening for day-to-day operations. They both enjoyed camping over the years. She was also an avid reader and loved to play cards.

 She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Milligan in 2018. Surviving are her sons, Robert Milligan and his wife Daniele, Dallas, with whom she resided and Lary Milligan and his wife Nelly, Buxton, Maine. 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

 Funeral service will be held, Monday, August 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM from The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas, Pa. 18612 with The Rev. Dr. William Lewis.
